Please include the email address you sign in with, so we can find your account, and the job reference from the app if your question is about a specific job.

Subscriptions

Handoro Pro is £6.99 a week, £19.99 a month or £69.99 a year. It is bought inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. They take the payment, renew it and handle refunds — Handoro never sees your card.

Finding a tradesperson needs Handoro Pro or Premium. The DIY assistant and the make-it-safe guidance are free, so you can see what the app does before paying for it.

To cancel on iPhone or iPad: open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Handoro, then Cancel Subscription.
To cancel on Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, tap Payments and subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, tap Handoro, then Cancel subscription.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep what you have already paid for until that period ends.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, not by us. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: play.google.com.

If you work in the trades

Handoro invoices you 25% of the price the customer approved for your first 365 days, 30% after that, plus tax where it applies. There is no charge for a lead, and no charge if the job does not happen.
You always receive an invoice, before or at the time we charge the card you registered. We never see or store your card number — it is held by our payment provider.
If a job did not go ahead, tell us. We cancel the commission, issue a credit note and refund anything already taken to the same card.
You can remove your saved card at any time in the app, under Billing. Commission already owed is still owed; we will invoice it another way.
If a payment fails we tell you and try again on each of the four days that follow. After five failed attempts the listing is deactivated until the balance is cleared. We add no interest and no penalty charges.

Your data and your account

Open the Account screen in the app. You can download a copy of the data we hold about you, or delete your account, from there.

Deleting takes your profile, your jobs and your messages with it, and it cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it for you, email info@safeimai.com from the address you sign in with and tell us which of the two you want.
